Location: New York, NY | Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid | Compensation: Minimum annual salary of $420,000, plus bonus eligibility Overview A prominent international law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Counsel to join its Real Estate practice in New York. This role suits a seasoned real estate attorney with deep experience in real estate finance, particularly on the lender side, who can independently manage complex transactions from initial structuring through closing. The position offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate financings within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
