Staffing Supervisor

Foothill Ranch, CA | 100% Onsite | 3rd Shift Adecco is hiring an Onsite Staffing Supervisor to support Oakley’s onsite workforce in Foothill Ranch, CA. This is a hands-on, people-focused leadership position for someone who enjoys working directly with employees, solving problems, and staying engaged with the team throughout the shift. Schedule & Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Pay: $28.00–$30.00/hour Location: Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 Work Setting: 100% Onsite What You'll Do Support and manage onsite employees throughout the shift Monitor attendance and address employee concerns Build strong relationships with associates and client supervisors Handle employee performance concerns and corrective conversations Help resolve workplace issues quickly and professionally Support onboarding, orientations, and employee documentation Conduct safety walks and remain engaged on the floor Communicate regularly with Oakley supervisors and Adecco management Track information, complete administrative tasks, and follow up by email Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For 1–3 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred Experience managing or supporting employees in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable having difficult conversations and addressing performance concerns Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed Strong organizational and administrative skills Comfortable using computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office Customer service, retail, restaurant, warehouse, staffing, or similar experience is welcome This Role May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience As: Shift Lead / Shift Supervisor Warehouse Team Lead Customer Service Supervisor #J-18808-Ljbffr Adecco
