Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 plus quarterly bonus. Responsibilities Works with sales managers to achieve revenue targets and capitalize on digital revenue streams of all types. Creates and manages internal systems and processes to keep digital products and offerings up-to-date, current, and competitive. Collaborates closely with vendors and all Pamal Broadcasting departments including sales, programming, and marketing to support their digital needs. Participates in in-person and remote sales presentations as required and supports digital sales presentations. Provides regular training and development to existing sales staff and new sales associates on digital products and sales opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 4+ years of media sales experience with a focus on digital platforms. Proven success in sales management, team coaching, and goal attainment. Direct experience with broadcasting. Ability to mentor sales reps and lead group training. Skill in using analytics tools to assess digital campaign ROI. Mastery of presentation tools and CRM software (Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau). Strong B2B relationship-building skills to secure new business. Talent for dissecting RFPs and creating compelling sales strategies. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
