Join our dynamic team in a small shop setting where you will be responsible for assembling equipment. Your tasks will include production assembly, inventory control, and maintaining general warehouse organization. You will be accountable for producing high-quality work that meets prescribed standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly tasks using various tools.
• Maintain inventory control and organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and prescribed guidelines.
• Communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and customers.
• Work independently under the supervision of others.

• Proficiency with hand tools and pneumatic tools such as impact wrenches and drills.
• Experience with pipe threader/groover and compressed air systems.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and communication.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, pipe fitting, and fabrication techniques.

• Experience in industrial and construction environments.
• Knowledge of power tools, drilling, cutting, and tapping.
• Basic electrical skills.
• Understanding of fractions, nuts, bolts, and general labor tasks.

Work Environment

You will be working in a small shop with approximately 20 employees. The facility is non-climate controlled, meaning it can get hot in the summer and chilly in the winter. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with minimal overtime required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, MO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Charles,MO.
