Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Stepdown for a travel assignment in Morgantown, WV. This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic medical environment with a diverse patient population, handling both step-down and medical-surgical patients in a newly constructed 29-bed unit.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide high-quality nursing care to step-down and medical-surgical patients
• Titrate drips as per physician orders for medications such as heparin and insulin
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely charting
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including Clinical Associates and Charge RNs
• Navigate CPAP, BiPAP, HiFlow, and ventilator equipment effectively
• Adapt to floating to other floor/stepdown units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Registered Nurse with current state license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience with EPIC systems
• Ability to manage a 6:1 med-surg or 3:1 stepdown patient ratio
