An established education-led marketing engine that creates qualified conversations before you ever walk into the room. A visible retirement-focused brand and a real advisory platform behind you - financial planning, investment management, retirement guidance, and insurance capability where it fits the household. A defined satellite footprint spanning Sugar Land, Katy/Cinco Ranch, League City, Angleton/Lake Jackson, Galveston, Pearland, and Ellington Field. You'll own an assigned local market; the exact office assignment is set during the process. Immediate hiring. This seat exists because demand is ahead of closing capacity. The full prospect-to-client decision: discovery, plan, recommendation, objection, commitment, funding, and implementation. Comprehensive retirement-focused advice across investments, income, tax-aware decisions, estate considerations, and risk. Relentless follow-up, clean CRM and compliance documentation, referrals, and the relationships you win. An employer compensation range of $80,000-$250,000, with the final structure matched to experience and production mechanics. This is a seat where strong conversion translates directly into impact and earnings. An active Series 65 or Series 66 (or a CFP, CPA, or CFA designation). An active life insurance license. Demonstrated experience personally converting qualified prospects into funded client relationships. This is not an entry-level or service-only seat.
