Commercial Legal Counsel

Leading day-to-day commercial legal support, the full-time remote Commercial Legal Counsel will negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, advise sales teams on deal structures, and translate legal issues into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Own and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including enterprise customer and vendor contracts Advise Sales and other teams on deal structure, contracting strategy, and risk management Build and improve legal templates, playbooks, and self-service resources to streamline processes Required Qualifications A law degree and active membership in at least one applicable bar Meaningful experience advising technology companies on commercial transactions Experience scaling a legal function or contracting program in a high-growth environment Strong judgment in distinguishing material business risks from manageable issues A record of leading negotiations with sophisticated customers and partners
