As the Senior Program Manager for the Sustainability Program Office, you will play a highly visible and impactful role in implementing sustainability into clinical practice to reduce waste and cost. This role is ideal for someone who operates at a high level - owning complex, cross-functional work end to end and partnering closely with clinical leadership, key stakeholder departments, and executive stakeholders to translate sustainability goals into successful outcomes.

  • Lead enterprise sustainability pilots and scale successful models

  • Optimize processes such as preference cards and equipment use
  • Analyze data and develop recommendations that support long-term change

Who you are:

  • Comfortable leading complex initiatives across multidisciplinary teams and keeping meticulous track in implementation plans
  • Skilled in implementation, governance, and executive-level communication and articulating next steps
  • Curious, adaptable, and interested in sustainable healthcare in a large hospital

The Facilities Services division enhances health through leadership, collaboration, and innovation. Our team offers essential non-clinical support 24/7, ensuring safe operations and planning for future needs. We represent the intersection of planning, construction, general services, and facilities of operations.

The Sustainability Program Office (SPO) function is dedicated to implementing sustainable initiatives that reduce our organization's carbon footprint, conserve resources, and enhance the health and well-being of our staff, patients, and communities. By fostering collaboration across departments and integrating environmental considerations into operations and facilities planning, SPO drives positive change and sets a standard for sustainability in the healthcare sector.
