Pride Health is hiring an RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Gallipolis, Ohio. Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 32-40 Hours/Week | On-Call/Weekend: Rotating call with other RN, 1 week per month Location: Gallipolis, OH; Coverage areas: Athens, Meigs, and Gallia Counties. Mileage reimbursed: Yes Job Type: Contract Contract Length: 14 Week/s Pay Range: $52-$54/Hour *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties: Complete OASIS assessments and manage patient admissions. Perform patient discharges, recertifications, and resumption of care visits. Provide skilled wound care, including wound vac management. Manage PICC line care and perform routine home health visits. Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care. Complete accurate and timely patient documentation and follow-up.

Requirements: License(s): Current Ohio RN license or Compact RN license Certification(s): BLS Years of experience: 1+ Skills/Specialties/Technology: OASIS experience preferred; Wound care experience preferred.
