For more details about the company, visit our website at Job Summary: The Facility Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance and repair of facility machinery, ensuring optimal operation and taking full ownership of the implementation and sustaining of preventive maintenance programs Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facility machinery. Ensure timely repair and upkeep of equipment & facilities to minimize downtime. Take ownership and accountability for the implementation and ongoing management of the Infor Facility Maintenance module. Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications: Education: Associate's degree or technical certification in a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance, including supervisory experience. Skills: Strong leadership, bilingual, excellent troubleshooting skills, effective communication & knowledge of preventive maintenance Key Performance Indicators: Continuous improvement initiatives implemented and tracked.
