The Opportunity The Center for Daring Leadership (CDL) is a partnership between BetterUp and Brené Brown, focused on bringing the Dare to Lead methodology to large organizations through coaching, facilitation, and curriculum‑based programs. As a Change Partner within CDL, you'll drive the change management strategies that turn program launches into lasting organizational shifts.
