Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Lead preconstruction, buyout, execution, and closeout.
Manage subcontractors, owners, architects, and project teams.
Handle contracts, change orders, budgets, billing, and cost control.
Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and documentation using Procore .
Lead project meetings and ensure timely project completion.
Oversee quality control, punch lists, and final closeout.

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
Experience managing multifamily and/or large commercial projects .
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Procore, P6, and Microsoft Project .
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
OSHA 30 and design-build experience preferred.
