Finalité de l’emploi :

Participer à la satisfaction clients en accompagnant le responsable Transport dans ses missions quotidiennes, opérationnelles et d’analyses.

Participer au déploiement d’une logistique performante en accompagnant la Direction logistique dans ses projets d’optimisation.

Description des activités significatives :

Gestion des tableaux de bord & réclamations transport
Back up Responsable Transport sur la gestion des urgences/express
Amélioration des process liés à la logistique externalisée
Préparation et participation aux appels d’offres transport et logistique

Responsabilités exercées et latitude d’action :

Reporter à son référent hiérarchique les analyses réalisées et statuts des dossiers suivis
Alerter son référent hiérarchique de toute difficulté ou écart impactant les process ou budgets financiers du département

Connaissances professionnelles spécifiques :

Connaissance transport national et international
Connaissance des basiques de la logistique entrepôt
Connaissance Pack office et plus spécifiquement Excel et Powerpoint
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Être à l’aise avec les chiffres

Langues :

Anglais obligatoire (lu/écrit et parlé)
Espagnol serait un plus (lu/écrit/parlé)

Niveau : L3 ou master en Logistique et transport
