Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands and collections in the showroom. Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage. Support the client experience and hand off clients to team members as needed. Use company systems, hardware, and software to complete sales and administrative tasks. Receive and deliver client repairs and complete related administrative duties. Requirements High school diploma. 1 year retail sales experience. Excellent storytelling, client service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Computer literate (MS Office) and comfortable using CRM and point-of-sale systems.
