Overview Customer Service Associate I at Family Dollar in Hallsville, TX (Part-time). Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and recommendations Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register Maintain security of cash and protect company assets Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and general neatness Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting Excellent customer service and relationship management skills Strong organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Perks And Benefits We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and well-being.
