ABOUT THIS ROLE This is a critical position within the organization and will be tasked with managing technical projects for our machine learning platforms. The role acts as a bridge across Business, Product, and ITto ensure requirements are clearly captured, properly implemented, and delivered on time. The Sr. Project Manager will oversee and champion multiple initiatives simultaneously, applying project management knowledge, skills, tools, and savvy to deliver project phases from discovery through delivery. This position requires someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen, someone who understands technical requirements and systems at a functional level, is highly organized, works well with others, and has the drive to deliver meaningful, global projects for the business. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee machine learning projects for our Pricing and Finance teams, ensuring alignment across business, product, IT, and partner technical teams.
• Collect requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD), and ensure these requirements are ultimately delivered as planned.
• Maintain and monitor comprehensive project plans and schedules for assigned projects.
• Be accountable for visibility through frequent communication and accurate reporting to stakeholders and regional teams.
• Drive results and mitigate delays and risks through proactive project management.
• Facilitate the planning, monitoring, testing, and delivery of project efforts between all necessary teams and functions.
• Thoroughly take notes to capture the conversation, key decisions, and follow-up items from project meetings.
• Partner with functional and regional teams across the Ria enterprise to identify priorities, implement assigned projects, and communicate the roadmap.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years as a Sr Project Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or similar role.
• Work(ed) in the financial industry, with data science or machine learning teams, or with digital platforms (mobile, web).
• Proven track record of working on technical implementations.
• Strong interpersonal skills; can work well and communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
• Persistent and results focused; must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high tolerance for ambiguity.
