PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description
This is a critical position within the organization and will be tasked with managing key digital projects.
They will oversee and champion multiple initiatives at a time, and apply project management
knowledge, skills, tools, and suave to deliver project phases from discovery to launch. This position
requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen. They’re industrious,
communicates well, extremely thorough and organized, and has the drive to deliver cross-functional and
globally executed projects in a fast-paced environment.
Data Science Roles
As a Technical Project Manager, in the Global Project Management Organization (PMO), your role will
manage strategic machine learning (AI) projects that are critical to improving the efficiency and
productivity of our internal teams. They will oversee and champion multiple initiatives at a time, and
apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and suave to deliver project phases from
discovery to delivery. This position requires a person who can roll up their sleeves and make things
happen. They understand technical requirements and systems, are industrious and extremely
organized, works well with others, and has the drive to deliver meaningful, and global projects for our
business.ꢀ
Responsibilities


Collect requirements in the Business Requirements Document (BRD), and ensure these requirements are ultimately delivered as planned.
Maintain and monitor comprehensive project plans and schedules for assigned projects.

Be accountable for visibility through frequent communication and accurate reporting to
stakeholders and regional teams.
Drive results and mitigate delays and risks through proactive project management.
Facilitate the planning, monitoring, testing, and delivery of project efforts between all
necessary teams and functions.
Thoroughly take notes to capture the conversation, key decisions, and follow-up items
from project meetings.
Partner with functional and regional teams across the Ria enterprise to identify
priorities, implement assigned projects, and communicate the roadmap.

being.
Skills and Abilities
Understanding of project management methodologies and the product development
lifecycle.
Ability to understand business processes and business implications of decisions;
demonstrates knowledge of market and competition.
Excels in fast-paced environments with frequently changing priorities by being agile and
exhibiting reliable planning, organization, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; can work well and communicate with a diverse range of
individuals. Industrious and able to develop “out of the box” solutions to solve problems. Persistent and results focused; must be able to deliver results in an environment which
requires a high tolerance for ambiguity.


Extensive multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

Experience


3-5 years as a Project Manager or similar role.
Work(ed) in the financial industry or with digital platforms (mobile, web).
Experience in project management, from discovery to delivery.
Results-oriented track record for monitoring and coordinating projects.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA,
Confluence).
