Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Autumn Lake at Arcola | Silver Spring, MD $36–$40/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Arcola. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with residents while helping them improve everyday function, build confidence, and achieve greater independence. What You'll Do Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the clinical team Reinforce adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and therapeutic activities Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $36–$40/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive rehabilitation environment Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active Maryland COTA license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply If you're a COTA looking to grow your clinical experience while helping residents improve daily function and independence, we'd love to hear from you.
