Patriot  Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager
to lead and grow our sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for coaching, managing, and driving the performance of our sales team while personally contributing to the sales effort.

Key  Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of fire protection sales professionals.


• Set and manage sales goals, ensuring team accountability to achieve revenue targets.


• Personally achieve assigned sales targets through a combination of cold calling, prospecting, strategic planning, and relationship development.


• Actively participate in client development, relationship management, and closing key opportunities.


• Provide ongoing sales training and mentoring to improve team performance.


• Collaborate with company leadership to develop strategic sales plans and market expansion efforts.


• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports.


• Represent Patriot Fire Protection with professionalism and integrity in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years
  of experience successfully leading and managing a sales team.


• Fire protection industry sales experience is highly preferred .


• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent.


• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship- building skills.


• Ability to balance team management responsibilities with personal sales performance.


• Results- driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
