Service Lane Manager – Regal Automotive Group (Lakeland, FL)

Regal Automotive Group is growing and looking for an experienced Service Lane Manager to lead operations for a group of advisors and shop forman. With five franchises—Honda, Acura, Kia, GMC, and Chevrolet—and nearly 50 years in business, we offer the scale, stability, and traffic to support high-level performance in a family working environment.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who sets the tone in the lane, who is goal-oriented, motivates their team, and drives results while maintaining a strong customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily service lane operations and advisor performance with over 100 customers daily.
• Establish walk arounds and hold the team accountable to MPI's.
• Motivate, coach, and develop service advisors for maximum productivity
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention with strong habits
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and repair order quality, notifying customers
• Collaborate with parts and technician teams to ensure efficiency
• Maintain factory training levels and dealership process compliance

Compensation: $150,000 – $175,000+ annually, based on experience and performance
