Bilingual Scheduling Legal Assistant

Genesis is currently seeking a scheduling assistant for one of our clients in Houston (610/45N area), position could be temp to hire. Hourly pay is $16.00/hr.

The Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for the following:

• Saving correspondences to their appropriate places/folders
• Schedule mediation
• Make calls to the court for hearings
• Give clients updates on cases
• Assist with calls
• Calendaring items/dates
• Be able to multitask
• Be a team player
• Must be punctual
• Have a positive attitude
• Must have great customer service skills and attitude
• Bilingual - speaking both Spanish and English fluently
• Be attentive to detail
• Must be organized
• Must be able to prioritize tasks/deadlines
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be reliable and have regular attendance
• Familiar with Gmail, Microsoft Office and Adobe
