Snelling Staffing is seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Coordinator to support one of our premier client locations in Mesquite, TX. Position: Onsite CoordinatorLocation: Mesquite, TXPay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) Available Shifts:6:00 AM – 3:00 PM2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Snelling representative at the client site. Monitor associate attendance and address attendance concerns. Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding. Maintain positive relationships with associates and client management. Conduct floor walks and ensure safety policies are being followed. Resolve employee concerns and escape issues as needed. Complete daily reports, staffing updates, and administrative tasks.
