This position requires someone who can manage the full content lifecycle, from concept development and storytelling to production execution and optimization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test new formats, improve performance, and create content that drives measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:

The Senior Producer will own the development and execution of a strategic video content program, ensuring high-quality production while driving audience growth and engagement. This role requires a combination of creative leadership, production management, and analytical thinking to continuously improve content performance.

• Define and execute the creative vision for a business-focused YouTube format, developing engaging concepts, storylines, and editorial direction.
• Serve as an on-camera host and presenter, building a strong connection with viewers while representing the content strategy effectively.
• Manage production workflows, including editorial planning, resource allocation, timelines, and quality standards.
• Guide script development, editing processes, and production teams to create compelling episodes.
• Develop and test new content formats, series concepts, distribution strategies, and guest opportunities to increase audience reach.
• Partner with audience development and monetization teams to optimize content performance and convert viewers into engaged customers.
• Monitor audience metrics and performance insights to refine creative decisions and improve growth outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the show roadmap and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in video production, audience development, and content strategy, with the ability to combine creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.

• Proven experience creating successful video content with measurable audience growth results.
• Strong on-camera communication skills and confidence presenting complex topics in an engaging way.
• Deep understanding of video storytelling, production processes, and content optimization strategies.
• Ability to translate complex business, sales, and entrepreneurship concepts into compelling narratives.
• Experience managing production calendars, creative teams, editors, and external partners.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, organization, and project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using audience metrics and performance insights to guide content decisions.
