Enterprise Program Manager

What this role is At PSBLTY, we believe exceptional partnerships don’t happen by accident. The Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) serves as the operational leader behind PSBLTY’s enterprise partnerships, helping some of the largest organizations in financial services translate strategic priorities into measurable advisor outcomes. We don’t simply deliver coaching, cohorts, or communities. We design and steward enterprise growth systems that help wirehouses, broker-dealers, RIAs, custodians, platforms, and industry organizations develop advisors at scale. Reporting to the Director of Product and partnering closely with Executive Leadership, you’ll lead the day-to-day execution of our enterprise relationships while serving as the connective tissue between our client partners and every team inside PSBLTY. You’ll coordinate complex initiatives, facilitate executive communication, oversee delivery, monitor performance, anticipate risk, and ensure every commitment moves our partners closer to the outcomes that matter most. Success in this role requires equal parts relationship builder, program manager, operator, strategist, and communicator. You’ll become deeply embedded inside our partners’ organizations, understanding their people, priorities, politics, procurement processes, strategic initiatives, and measures of success. Our goal is simple: enterprise partners should increasingly experience you as an extension of their own leadership team rather than an outside vendor. In other words, you won’t simply manage programs. You’ll steward our most strategic partnerships. What you will do As an EPM, you will be responsible to… Steward enterprise relationships Become the primary relationship manager for PSBLTY’s most strategic enterprise client partners. Build trust across every level of the organization while ensuring communication is proactive, transparent, and consistently excellent. Own program delivery Coordinate complex enterprise initiatives from discovery through renewal, aligning executive stakeholders, Growth Leaders, Product, Marketing, Operations, and client teams around shared objectives. Own timelines, communication, reporting, implementation, risk management, and execution while ensuring every engagement reflects the enterprise-grade experience PSBLTY promises. Drive executive communication Prepare executive summaries, proposals, presentations, business reviews, implementation updates, and strategic recommendations that build confidence with senior leadership. Become the voice of the client Represent the needs, priorities, challenges, and opportunities of each enterprise partner inside PSBLTY. Help internal teams understand what success looks like through the eyes of the partner. Become an extension of the enterprise Immerse yourself in each partner’s organization until you understand their structure, priorities, decision-making processes, stakeholders, culture, and strategic initiatives as well as they do. Build relationships across departments, map influence, anticipate organizational change, and help PSBLTY become an indispensable extension of the enterprise rather than an outside service provider. Build scalable delivery systems Design and continually improve the playbooks, documentation, reporting, communication rhythms, implementation workflows, executive dashboards, and operational systems that enable PSBLTY to consistently deliver transformational advisor growth at enterprise scale. Build processes that make every future partnership easier to launch, manage, measure, and expand. Coordinate cross-functional execution Partner closely with Product, Growth Leaders, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure enterprise engagements are delivered with excellence. Measure enterprise outcomes Help define success before programs begin, then track, report, and communicate meaningful progress throughout every engagement. Build executive summaries, quarterly business reviews, dashboards, and outcome reporting that demonstrate the measurable impact PSBLTY is creating while identifying new opportunities for continued growth. Grow adoption and strategic partnerships Ensure every program achieves meaningful participation, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement, and measurable adoption by proactively removing barriers before they slow momentum. Also, identify opportunities to expand relationships through additional programs, coaching, speaking engagements, certifications, licensing, and enterprise initiatives. Navigate enterprise complexity Learn how each organization makes decisions, procures services, allocates budgets, and measures success. Anticipate obstacles, mitigate risks, and help partnerships move forward with confidence. Represent PSBLTY Represent PSBLTY with credibility across executive meetings, workshops, conferences, advisory councils, industry events, and enterprise planning sessions. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders while helping communicate PSBLTY’s vision, methodology, and long-term value as an enterprise growth partner. Build culture and capability Model the ownership, responsiveness, communication, and professionalism that define exceptional enterprise partnerships. Continuously improve how we operate, documenting lessons learned, refining systems, raising standards, and helping every team inside PSBLTY become better because of your leadership.
