Mobile Associate, Store in Store - Retail Sales | 3K Signing Incentive

Job Overview Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They act as ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a high‑traffic environment, and build relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. At the end of the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive a $3,000 sign‑on bonus. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding. Identify customer needs and apply solution‑based selling techniques to demonstrate T‑Mobile products and services. Complete training on the in‑store experience, products, and systems. Review personal results, current promotions, and updates to remain Customer Ready. Partner with nearby stores to onboard customers and perform store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Exhibit a customer‑obsessed, friendly, and engaging demeanor. Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction, proactively reach out to potential customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage back‑orders, and perform price overrides for specialty offers. Collaborate with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (required). Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (required). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Passionate customer advocate with a desire to connect and have fun with customers. Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals. Team building mindset and willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, sharing best practices and resolving issues. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel No travel required. DOT Regulated Not a DOT regulated position. Not a safety‑sensitive or safety‑critical position. Compensation Hourly base pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Upon completion of training, eligible for promotion to Mobile Expert with a potential annual incentive target of $18,000.
