Project Manager - Electrical Construction

Project ManagerLudvik Electric Co., with its corporate office in Lakewood, CO and satellite offices in Phoenix, AZ and Salt Lake City, UT; has completed projects all over the United States and abroad. We are considered one of the top electrical contractors and our success depends on our hardworking, dedicated employees.Ludvik Electric is seeking a highly qualified project manager with a strong background in electrical construction to manage and direct projects from start-up to close-out in the $5 million - $20 million range.What Does a Ludvik Project Manager Do? (not all-inclusive)Adheres to contract documents including plans, specs, permits, technical elements, scheduling activities, and estimates.Coordinates project scheduling and communications.Manages data and material resources throughout the life of the project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participant satisfaction.Prepares subcontracts, jobsite labor manual, shop drawings and layout drawings, project budget and schedule of values, as-builts, and O&M manuals.Prepares monthly billings and submits to client on timeResponsible for (not all-inclusive):Maintains a safe work environment and ensures that project is in strict compliance with OSHA and Ludvik safety standardsQuality of the installed workThis position has been designated as safety sensitive. It is a position that includes tasks and duties that could affect the safety and health of the employee or others. This position requires the employee's full and unimpaired skills and judgment to safely execute all job responsibilities.Do you have the qualifications to succeed in this position?Experience as project manager on projects from $10 million or more.Positive, team-building communication style.Professional communications ability.Knowledge of NEC, NFPA 72, NFPA 70E, IBC and IFC.Newforma experience highly preferred.Ludvik Electric firmly believes that our employees drive the success of the company.
