Full-Time | $15.00-$40.00 per Hour Based on Experience and Credentials

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Overtime, On-Call, and Seasonal Flexibility as Needed

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and system inspections
• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment to identify system issues
• Recommend and complete repairs that improve equipment performance and reliability
• Service gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system condition, repair options, and recommendations
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports accurately
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, HVAC codes, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and provide exceptional customer service on every call

QualificationsEntry -Level Candidates

• Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to learn the HVAC trade
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Trade school, technical school, or HVAC education is a plus but not required

Experienced Candidates

• Two or more years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, electrical controls, and ventilation systems
• Ability to service and repair a wide range of residential HVAC equipment
• Understanding of low-voltage controls and applicable HVAC codes
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and safety
