Full-Time | $15.00-$35.00 per Hour Based on Experience

Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM Start Time | Overtime Available

We are currently hiring both entry-level and experienced HVAC Installation Technicians . • Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories
• Install ductwork, gas piping, refrigeration piping, and related system components
• Complete equipment replacements, new system installations, and system upgrades
• Assist with equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning procedures
• Maintain installation quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support senior technicians while developing technical skills and industry knowledge
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and leadership
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
• Follow all company safety procedures, HVAC codes, and installation standards
• Assist team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

• Mechanical aptitude and strong interest in learning the HVAC trade
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Trade school or HVAC education is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset

• One or more years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigeration systems, gas piping, and electrical systems
• Understanding of low-voltage HVAC controls and wiring
• Ability to apply HVAC codes, installation standards, and best practices
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $15.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
