Payroll Manager

KBW Financial Staffing is partnering with a well-established hospitality company in Boston, MA to hire a Payroll Manager. This role is onsite 5x a week in Boston and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to add value to a well-known organization. Compensation is $120-130K+bonus. Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for a multi-unit workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Manage employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, tax elections, and garnishments. Reconcile payroll, resolve discrepancies, and process off-cycle payments as needed. Prepare year-end payroll reporting, support audits, and respond to payroll tax inquiries. Partner with HR to administer employee benefits, reconcile benefit deductions, and support open enrollment and ACA reporting. Experience Required 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, including full-cycle payroll responsibilities. Experience managing payroll across multiple entities or EINs. Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations and compliance. Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, UKG, or similar platforms.
