The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management, with a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience with inventory management and warehouse proceduresProficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Excel), and warehouse management systemsProfessional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentJob Duties:Prepare, pack, and label shipments according to company and carrier standardsGenerate and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoicesCoordinate with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, LTL, and freight companies to schedule pickupsVerify outbound shipments for accuracy, ensuring correct items and quantities are shippedMaintain a clean and organized shipping areaInspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase ordersDocument damages, shortages, and discrepancies and report issues to managementAccurately record inventory transactions in the warehouse management systemSort, label, and stock incoming materials in designated warehouse locationsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsEnsure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety regulationsAssist with order fulfillment, restocking, and other warehouse activities as neededPreferred Qualifications:Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Clerk.Physical Capabilities:Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.Benefits:Competitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Warehouse Environment with opportunities for advancement and career growth.Not Just a Job.
