This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management, with a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.


Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory management and warehouse procedures
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office (Excel), and warehouse management systems
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

• Prepare, pack, and label shipments according to company and carrier standards
• Generate and process shipping documents including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices
• Coordinate with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, LTL, and freight companies to schedule pickups
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
• Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
• Document damages, shortages, and discrepancies and report issues to management
• Accurately record inventory transactions in the warehouse management system
• Sort, label, and stock incoming materials in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety regulations
• Assist with order fulfillment, restocking, and other warehouse activities as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Clerk.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Clerk you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
