ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1989 and currently lead an experienced team of 10. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my business degree and worked in the aerospace industry. My path to State Farm actually began through football - my college football coach was a State Farm agent and recruited me to pursue the opportunity. Decades later, State Farm has become a family tradition, with my oldest son now an agent as well.

Outside of work, family is incredibly important to me. I’ve been married for 45 years and am a proud grandfather of five. Having played college football myself, athletics have also remained an important part of my life. Our agency stays connected to that passion by sponsoring local high school athletics and supporting programs throughout football season.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Tim Pruitt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
