ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jonathan Hooks - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

This position is designed as a starting point, with the goal of transitioning into a licensed sales role within 3–6 months. During this time, you'll gain valuable experience supporting the team and learning the business, preparing you for a future in sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
