About Our Agency

Our agency opened in 1992 and is a well-established team of eight built on experience, consistency, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a commercial underwriter, bringing a deep understanding of the industry into how we serve our clients. I attended the University of Louisiana Monroe and am married with one child. We enjoy spending time together traveling and staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community through various fundraising events and local initiatives. For our team, we offer health benefits and reimbursement for licensing costs. Our office culture is supportive, experienced, and team-oriented. We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and eager to learn - someone who values teamwork and takes pride in delivering great service while growing their career in a stable, established agency.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
