New Studio Launch Lead - Onsite Training & Brand Champion

JETSET Pilates is seeking a New Studio Openings Launch Manager to support the successful launch of new franchise studios. You will provide hands-on on-site leadership during the first week, ensuring brand standards and an exceptional client experience. This role requires frequent travel (up to 85%) and collaboration with franchise owners, GMs, instructors, and front desk staff.
