Assistant Account Manager, Commercial Lines

Provides a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing commercial lines accounts Assists with certificates of insurance, policy changes, gathering renewal information preparing client presentations, general account assistance and other special projects Meeting daily production standards, goals and service commitments Assists the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process Responds to policy inquiries via phone and email Prepares quotes and proposals Maintains accurate and organized account files Requirements High School / GED 1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience Property & Causality License required within first 6 months Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing commercial lines accounts, including preparing quotes, proposals, and client presentations while maintaining organized account files. Proficient in responding to policy inquiries and assisting with the account-service process to meet production standards and service commitments.
