Licensed Insurance Sales Representative – Property & Casualty

The Miles Agency | Allstate Insurance | Lexington, SC

$35,000–$40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

The Miles Agency, an established Allstate insurance agency in Lexington, SC, is looking for a motivated, licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and taking ownership of their sales results.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary of $35,000–$40,000 plus uncapped commission
• 21 days of paid time off annually, subject to agency policy
• Paid holidays
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, with no weekends
• Agency-provided leads and sales technology
• Experienced customer service team to support existing policyholders
• Established local agency with an office customers can visit
• Supportive, team-oriented work environment

What You'll Do

• Quote and sell auto, home, and other personal lines insurance products
• Follow up with agency-provided leads and develop new business opportunities
• Make consistent outbound calls to prospective customers
• Identify coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build relationships with prospects and customers
• Generate referrals and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Work toward monthly production goals, including 30+ new-business items and 15+ VC items

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license required
• Previous personal lines insurance sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and following up
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Lexington, SC
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
