This role requires expertise in inpatient case management, specifically within utilization review, collaborative patient assessment, and discharge planning. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated system utilization management team within an acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• Utilization Review and collaboration with the Care Team
• Comprehensive patient assessment to drive discharge
• Stay progression and discharge planning to expedite patient transition
• Comprehensive and accurate EPIC documentation
• Primary unit assignment with possible floating to cover other units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• State of Indiana RN License or compact license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in inpatient case management
• Competency with MCG and InterQual
• Prefer certification in Case Management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
