Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist
Reports To: Lead Dentists & Office Manager
Work Schedule: Full time or Part Time (Monday-Thursday)

Compensation: 90k - 105k plus bonus opportunity

Come join our awesome team! Our highly respected, two doctor modern practice is seeking a quality hygienist to be recognized as a primary source of periodontal education and therapy in our practice. We use the most current materials, products, equipment, and technology as well as provide continuing education. We work a four-day work week in a safe, caring, and fun environment. Responsibilities:
Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice
Implement practice policies, procedures, process and initiatives
Taking X-rays, performing adult and child prophylaxis, Perio Maintenance and Scaling and Root Planing procedures
Follow state and federal laws
Be a great educator about periodontal disease
Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, intraoral photos and radiographs
Treat oral health conditions
Educating patients on the importance of prevention
Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
RDH License current
Work experience – 1-2 years is preferred but not required
PMS experience with Dentix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental or Dental Intelligence is a plus
Local anesthesia certificate preferred, but will train

Shift & Schedule

Office schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
