We believe the first smile you see at our office should be yours!
Are you friendly, upbeat, and organized with a love for kids? Greer Pediatric Dental Care is seeking a team-oriented Front Office Dental Receptionist to provide an outstanding first impression for our patients and families. If you thrive on helping others, enjoy a fast-paced workday, and have dental office experience (preferred but not required), we want to meet you!

Pay

$18~$22 per hour

Job Description

Warmly greet and check in all patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Answer and route phone calls, provide information, and take messages per practice protocols
Schedule and adjust patient appointments to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
Maintain and update patient records, files, and appointment histories
Communicate clearly with patients and parents about financial options and reconcile payments
Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents as requested by doctor
Send and receive documents using computer, fax, or courier services
Support a smooth front office workflow and keep reception area neat and organized
Maintain positive rapport with patients, parents, and the dental team

Jobley Bonus: $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)

Shift & Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 6:15am – 4:15pm (with patients)
Friday: 6:15am – 12:00pm (administrative day)
Four days clinical, one day administrative per week
Total hours per week: 30–34
No weekends!
