We are looking for a Dental Business Associate to join our team! If you have an upbeat personality, love to smile and believe you can add real value to our patients' experiences, please apply today!Functions include but are not limited to the following:Maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks, answering office phone and distributing calls or messages effectively, communicating patients' arrival promptly, and maintaining administrative records.The Business Associate will also work with administrative scheduling, documenting patient dental treatments and payment transactions, following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling office appointments. Other duties include making financial arrangements with patients before treatment and handling collections.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS1 one or more years of dental front desk experienceDemonstrated ability to work in a professional environment with direct patient contact. This includes demonstrating an outgoing and friendly demeanor, greeting patients with a smile as welcomed guests to the practice.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment. This includes administrative organizational skills, learning quickly, and accepting constructive feedback.
