Job Skills / Requirements Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3pmPay: $21/hour Security Site Supervisor Responsibilities: Overseeing and managing the security team assigned to the complex, which may include conducting training sessions, and handling any personnel issues that arise. Responding to security incidents/emergencies that occur on site, including coordination with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Maintaining accurate records of security-related incidents, including any investigations that may be required. Communicating with site personnel (e.g. property managers, maintenance staff, tenants) to ensure security procedures are effectively coordinated with other building operations Showing the highest level of customer service to all patients, visitors and team members. Using oral de-escalation and patient restraint when needed Patrolling premises frequently to maintain safety of employees, patients and clients.
