If you have experience with mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, hand and pneumatic tools, or aircraft manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you.This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth with a stable and innovative aerospace company.Job Duties:Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies by following blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment to complete precision assembly tasks.Perform drilling, countersinking, riveting, and other assembly processes while maintaining high quality standards.Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and report any quality concerns.Stage materials, maintain a clean and organized work area, and assist with other production tasks as needed.Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4:00 pmPay: $22-$27 per hourRequirements:1+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience, preferably in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment.Experience reading blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.Hands-on experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring equipment.Experience with drilling, countersinking, riveting, or assembling sheet metal or composite components is highly preferred.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Benefits offered by Verstela to temporary or temp-to-hire employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort-Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD&DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanLocation: Everett, WA (can be bus acceptable)
