What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing a global engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
• Driving the design, development, and verification of digital ASIC subsystems involving protocols such as PCIe, ENET, USB, DDR, and MIPI.
• Ensuring successful integration and system-level validation of IP subsystems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals.
• Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Managing customer interactions to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in managing global engineering teams.
• Expertise in Digital ASIC flow and verification in the area of developing subsystems involving PCIe, DDR, USB, ENET, and MIPI protocols.
• Proficiency in Verilog, UVM, AXI4, APB, and system validation.
• Strong project management skills.
