Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller to support the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, places them safely into a rolling machine for processing, maintains the cleanliness of the work area, and sorts and places rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position operates on a performance‑based incentive pay structure; the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation incentives are tied to exceeding those standards. Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of the shift.
