Position Summary:

The Paid Social Media Buyer & Optimization Specialist is responsible for planning, launching, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid social advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other social platforms. This role drives qualified inquiries, patient acquisitions, and brand awareness through audience targeting, budget management, performance optimization, testing, and analytics.

The key areas of responsibility include:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms.
• Develop campaign structures for multiple brands/accounts aligned to service lines, target audiences, and geographic markets.
• Create and maintain audience segments using demographic, behavioral, geographic, and interest-based targeting.
• Coordinate with creative and landing page resources to ensure campaign assets support performance goals.
• Manage campaign setup including objectives, tracking, budgets, placements, and conversion events.

Budget Management

• Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently across campaigns, regions, locations, and service lines.
• Monitor pacing and spend to ensure budget adherence and maximize return on investment.
• Reallocate spend based on performance trends and business priorities.

Optimization & Testing

• Perform ongoing optimization of campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creative assets, copy, placements, and landing pages.
• Monitor key performance indicators including:
  • Reach
  • Impressions
  • CTR
  • CPC
  • CPL
  • Conversion Rate
  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA/CAC)
  • ROAS (where applicable)
• Identify opportunities to improve performance through audience refinement and creative recommendations.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop recurring reporting dashboards and scorecards.
• Analyze performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for marketing leadership.
• Translate campaign data into business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Partner with admissions, CRM, and analytics teams to improve attribution and measurement.

Collaboration

• Work with scheduler and content teams to ensure that creative is aligned with campaign objective and optimized for success.
• Support integrated campaigns across paid, organic, SEO, email, and community engagement channels.
• Ensure campaign execution aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5+ years of hands-on paid social advertising experience.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation and digital marketing funnels.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, event tracking, and UTM parameters.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Healthcare, behavioral health, or consumer services marketing experience.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Exposure to TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, or YouTube advertising.
• Experience with dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.

Pay: $85,000-$95,000 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday on-site.
