Gwinnett  Place Ford is a leading automotive retail sales and finance company. We seek to add a Service Porter to our fast-paced, high-profile location in Duluth, Georgia. The candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the service drive and parking areas, assisting management with department maintenance, and performing other related duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining and clearing the service drive of vehicles
• Performing general light building maintenance in the service/parts departments
• Driving the service shuttle
• Pick-up and delivery driver for the service department
• Greet  service and parts department customers
• Performing other assigned duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Friendly, reliable, and customer service-focused
• Able to pass an employment background screening
• Able to pass an employment drug screening
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Ability to walk, stand, and work outside for extended periods
• Proficiency in driving both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Basic computer knowledge
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver's license
