Physical Therapist (PT) - School Based

Overview This role involves providing Physical Therapy services to children within a school setting, including performing evaluations, assessments, and tracking progress. The therapist will deliver services as mandated in the child's IEP, collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support child goals, complete documentation and progress notes, and assist with functional mobility and safety exercises. Qualifications Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility. Qualifying degree in Physical Therapy.
