Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to uphold quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next shift manager to prepare them for a successful shift. Assist departments in meeting their goals. Perform tasks such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew scheduling, training, and customer service. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
