Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current state licensure (or eligibility)
• Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Recent acute care or hospital-based experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications (active and up to date)
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver a full spectrum of respiratory therapy interventions, including aerosol treatments, airway management, and ventilator support
• Assess respiratory status, perform diagnostic procedures, and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and rapid-response calls
